You can either sign up via the homepage (not currently available) or when you make a purchase. You will be asked to complete your address and delivery details which we will keep on file.

I am already a registered user, do I have to sign up for the card separately?

No, as a registered user you will automatically be issued with a loyalty card.

Can I earn points if I purchase over the telephone or from another Antonio Pacelli vendor?

No, points are only allocated for products purchased via the Antonio Pacelli website at retail prices.

Will I be sent a card in the post?

No, the card is a virtual card and as such has no physical presence.

How long do the points I've earned stay on the card?

The points you have on your card will stay there indefinitely.

If I return items for credit do I lose the points I've earned on that product?

No, we will keep the points on the card.

What happens if I have £60 worth of loyalty points and use them to purchase something worth £45. Do I lose the rest of my points?

No, the points stay on the card.

Will my address or email details be passed on to 3rd parties?
