We understand that purchasing over the Internet can be a worrying business. That is why we are happy to accept goods back for exchange or a refund, as long as the goods are unworn and returned in their original packaging. Unfortunately we cannot extend this to earrings or wigs, which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

If the goods you received were incorrect, then it is only fair to credit you return postage, in addition to any refund or exchange. There is of course no charge for re-sending the goods. Please send returns via standard air-mail and not via an express service as we can only credit at the standard air mail rate.

If you were sent the correct goods, but no longer want them or need to change them for another size, then you will be liable for any additional postage costs.

In both instances please contact us for a returns confirmation number, which you will need to enclose with the goods for our returns department. Please also include your credit card details if requesting a refund or if you are liable for additional postage costs, as we do not keep your credit card details on file.

Regrettably, goods kept for over 30 days are not acceptable for a refund.
