Please note if you ask us to leave your order somewhere on your property (e.g. in the porch, hide under hedge) so no signature is taken, then you will not be able to claim for a lost parcel in the event of it going missing.
We are happy to comply with your instructions but we do recommend that if you are unable to sign for the parcel that you get it delivered to a friendly neighbour.
If you are not in then a ‘called while you were out’ card will be left.
You can then arrange to get it redelivered to your address or collect from your local post office or sorting office.
We are happy to exchange or refund any purchase within 30 days as long as the item has not been worn or soiled (please note that this excludes show shoes and any products made to your bespoke requirements - in these instances we strongly recommend that you are confident about the sizing before ordering). We do extend our return period over the Christmas period to cover early purchases which then need to be exchanged or returned.
We recommend that you test the fit of any pumps or jig shoes on carpet to avoid marking the soles. Please note that we cannot refund or exchange pumps or shoes that have been worn at a dance class unless faulty.
If you need to return an item please click here to print off a returns form to complete and return with the parcel
Antonio Pacelli Returns Department
14 Hallmark Trading Estate
Wembley HA9 0LB
Please include a copy of the delivery note or invoice which came with the parcel and note on it what action you would like us to take.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return unless the item was sent out incorrectly or is faulty.
When returning incorrect or faulty items please note we will only refund return postage up to the value of the original postage paid for the order. Please therefore do not return items using a postage service such as an express courier service which costs more than the original outbound postage from us.
We do recommend that you send any return on a recorded delivery service as we are unable to exchange or refund until it is received by our returns department.
The postage cost of sending out replacements will be charged to the card used for the original order unless you specify otherwise. If the original item was sent out incorrectly or is faulty then the replacement item will be sent out postage free and the cost of returning it to us refunded to your card.
Top Tip: If you are in a hurry for the replacement item then we recommend that you reorder the correct item(s) from our website and then send the incorrect item back for a refund!
Please remember that while following the guidance below will help you get the correct size, the foot is a three dimensional shape and factors such as the depth of the arch will also affect sizing which we are unable to account for here. As such the sizing guide is not a guarantee that the size will be correct. Customers will be responsible for the postage cost of any exchange unless an item was sent in error.
On a general note, jig shoes should not be purchased too large as the ball of the foot needs to sit correctly in the shoe to be able to generate the required sound with the tips. Jig shoes which are too large also make toe walking and more advanced techniques very difficult. A little toe wiggle room is fine but the distance from the tip of the longest toe to the top of the shoe should be no more than 5-10mm (depending on the level of the dancer).
We recommend that you order your normal UK school shoe or dress shoe size (Please see below for our UK/US/EU conversion chart). If you have a wide foot then we would suggest you go up half a size and order the wider fitting. Our wider fitting jig shoe has a rounded toe which gives more room for the toes.
Fays shoes are a narrower fit and we do not recommend them for dancers with a wider foot.
We suggest that you order half a size larger than your normal UK school shoe or dress shoe size (Please see below for our UK/US/EU conversion chart).
Rutherford's jig shoes are very similar in size to the wide fit Antonio Pacelli jig shoe. We recommend that you order your UK normal school shoe or dress shoe size (Please see below for our UK/US/EU conversion chart). If you have a wide foot then we would suggest you go up half a size.
The Hullachan jig shoe is true to size so we would suggest ordering your normal shoe size. Half a size smaller if you like a tight fit.
