Our website is open and we are now despatching worldwide 4 days a week, Monday — Thursday.
We know lots of dancers and parents like to come to our Wembley shop for a professional fitting. So we are reopening our shop, but on an appointment only basis to help keep you and our staff safe.
Each appointment is allocated a 40 minute slot which allows us to prepare and clean the area after your visit for the next appointment.
You will be the only group in the shop during your appointment time.
The appointment should only be attended by the dancer and 1 adult if the dancer is under 16. We appreciate that a fitting can be a family occassion, but please ensure only 2 people attend the appointment. If you are attending as a larger group please decide before arriving who will wait outside. We do have free parking outside if arriving by car.
As appointment spaces are limited, we do take a £10 deposit when making the booking. This will be credited against any purchase during your visit.
Please give at least 48 hours notice if you are unable to attend so we can allocate the appointment slot to another dancer. We are unable to refund deposits if you miss the appointment or cancel it with less than 48hrs notice

The appointment system has been designed to ensure you get enough time and space for a great fitting and to minimise any risk to you and our staff. If you do not have an appointment then sadly we won't be able to serve you in our shop so please ensure you book ahead of your visit.
