Here is a guide to our delivery charges.
Our delivery charges are confirmed during checkout and you can cancel the order at this point. However you can use the table below to roughly calculate your delivery charges before adding to your basket.
To calculate the cost of postage please see the appropriate weight band.
A pair of jig shoes is about 0.7kg, a pair of pumps is around 0.15kg and a pair of socks is 0.05kg.
You may be liable for customs charges on your order although small parcels often reach the customer without any customs fee being incurred. However, we are unable to guarantee that this will be the case.
We want to make your delivery as smooth as possible so we send all parcels out on a tracked service. You will be emailed your tracking number which you can use to locate your parcel. The tracking number can also be found in the order section of your online account and on your delivery note which we send via email. Simple!
***All parcels over 2kg are sent via a courier service so you can expect your parcel a few days quicker than our small packet service**
All parcels to South Africa are sent via UPS due to the volume of parcels which are lose in transit within South Africa. We will contact you to confirm the UPS carriage cost but unfortunately rates are very expensive.
A 1kg (the weight of a pair of jig shoes or 2 pairs of children's Irish dance pumps) is about £100. We can send via Royal Mail but you do so at your own risk and we cannot accept liability if the parcel goes missing on route to you.
We will contact you on receipt of the order to confirm the UPS carriage cost or for confirmation that you would like us to send via Royal Mail at your own risk.
If you have any questions about delivery charges then please feel free to email us on email@example.com. We are more than happy to advise you.
