We are still accepting returns but only for refund. We are not currently processing exchanges. If you need to exchange an item please reorder the new size on the website and return the wrong size for a refund. Please allow an additional 7 days for your returns or exchanges to be processed.

Please note we are currently extremely low on stock in many styles so your size may not be currently available for purchase. We will restock as soon as the current crisis has passed and normal levels of service have been resumed.
Good news with this update. We can now send small parcels again to New Zealand, China and Taiwan as postal services have resumed. So it is okay to order if you live in any of these countries.
