The Jag is a great streamline trainer from Capezio. Very similar styling to an Irish dance ghillie.
What you need to know..
- Arch hugging PowerPoint(R) construction
- Lightweight
- Elastic lacing system
- EVA wrapped outsole for perfect balance
- Limited support so don't go for these if you have recently suffered from a foot injury or are new to dance!
SIZING GUIDELINES
These Capezio trainers are fairly small fitting and we would suggest ordering a whole size up from your normal shoe size.

Perfect trainers for soft shoe Irish dancing, they resemble traditional pumps very much but hug the foot nicely and create nice points. I wish they had a suede sole instead of a rubber one though - it’s great for stability but it makes twists nearly impossible to do - I guess it depends on what you want to use them for. Some poron padding inside would be nice to. Because these were the only shoes I used in training—-twists and all—-the front rubber on the sole started to peel off after a year or so. In the end I just pulled it all off and had a shoemaker install a suede sole instead and I still use them after three years.
