How do I know my order has been received?
You will receive two emails. One from Antonio Pacelli detailing the contents and cost of your order. The second will be from NetPayments confirming the charge to your credit card. Please contact us if you do not receive either emails as this indicates your order may not have been processed. This could be for a number of reasons including dropped transmission or server failure.
Can I exchange my purchase if it is the wrong size?
Of course, we are happy to exchange any purchase as long as it has not
been worn or soiled. The only charge will be for return postage.

We have secured significant discounts with various courier services on your behalf to minimise delivery
charges. The postage depends on the weight of your order and the destination country.

How long can I expect my order to take to process?
If the items you have ordered are in stock then your order will be dispatched
within 48 hours. You will be notified by email if your order is out of
stock and given an expected delivery date. You will be able to cancel
your order at this point if you feel the delay is too long.
When is my card charged?
Your card is charged at the point of order. We will expect to send most orders out within 48 hours. We will contact you in the event that your order is delayed so you have an opportunity to cancel.

Do I have to have the goods sent to my credit card
address?
No, we appreciate that you may want to get the goods delivered elsewhere,
to a work address for example, and there is space on the order form for
an alternative address.

This will ensure the parcel does not get stuck in customs and incur charges.Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for any charges arising from this being omitted.
